Dave Pattison was raised in Cloquet, MN, and moved to AZ in 1983. He is a graduate of Arizona State University and began his real estate career in 2004.
In 2004, Dave Pattison signed with Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty. In that same year, Dave was honored with the “Rookie of the Year” award in addition to the “Chairman’s Board” distinction. Dave has continued to be a top producer with Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty. Dave has extensive experience with Home sales, Land sales, and Ranches, throughout Arizona.
Dave has spent decades in sales in homes and multiple other industries while in college and after completing his education. His sales and management skills have allowed him to make lasting connections with others and allowed him to experience a number of unique opportunities; such as attending many U.S Olympic Games.
In 1996, he finished the year as the #1 licensee representative of the Sara Lee/Hanes Sub-Licensees. Dave’s sales career encompasses the Director of Sales for the Olympic Hospitality Outfitter 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia, Director of Olympic Clothing for Marker Ltd. Company for the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, UT, as well as managing and Coordinating uniforms for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies with Don Mischer Productions.
Dave is now an active resident of the Scottsdale community. He has served on the Troon Village HOA, been a member of the National Association of REALTORS and of the Pinnacle Peak REALTOR Marketing. He is also active in the community with his children’s Scottsdale Aquatic Swim Club and the Chaparral High School Swim program.
