Most recently, he was ranked #20 among Colorado Real Estate Agents by the Wall Street Journal. In 1994, Tom moved to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado after graduating from the business school at The University of Texas at Austin. He began his career in the hospitality industry, where he honed his business acumen and customer relations expertise. Transitioning into property management, Tom launched the East-West Resorts Bachelor Gulch division, establishing a high-volume property management portfolio. With a client-first mindset and an expansive network, Tom quickly rose to prominence in real estate, starting at a boutique Beaver Creek brokerage. Over the course of his career, he has exceeded $800 million in sales and was once the #1 agent for Berkshire Hathaway in the state of Colorado. In 2014, he joined the LIV Sotheby’s International Realty team, where his success continues to flourish. Tom is known for setting the highest standard of client satisfaction, helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals while ensuring a rewarding and enjoyable experience. His commitment to personalized service has resulted in many first-time clients becoming lifelong connections. Outside of work, Tom enjoys fatherhood and cherishing time with his two children. His daughter, Ella, is in her senior year at Northeastern University, and his son, Carson, has just begun his freshman year at CU Boulder. When not traveling or spending time with family, Tom can usually be found on the mountain, either mountain biking or snowboarding. He is also deeply involved in his community, actively serving as a member of The Vail Church and the local chapter of SEARCH.
