Andrea began her professional career in the financial industry in Indianapolis, IN, where she met her husband, Matt. After marrying in 1996, they decided to build their first house together. Through the process of building a custom home, she discovered her passion for real estate. Andrea soon began selling real estate Zionsville, IN, and later in Orlando, FL, before settling in Castle Rock, CO.
For more than 14 years, she has used her personal experience to help her clients and their families find the perfect community. As a mother of five who has dealt with relocating her own family in the past, Andrea understands the emotional toll it can take to move to a new area.
Andrea understands that her clients are buying more than just a house--they are choosing where to make a life, entertain their friends, become parents, and later on, grandparents. They are looking for a home that friends and family look forward to visiting. Finding the right community is key--her number one goal when working with clients is to make sure they not only find the right home, but the right neighborhood, the right schools, and the resources that fit their needs.
A well-rounded broker, Andrea boasts extensive experience handling re-sales, custom homes, investment property, new home construction, remodeling, and relocation. She is currently licensed in Colorado and Florida.
Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, along with hiking, biking, running, and many other outdoor activities. She has competed in six half marathons in different venues across the United States. Her love of running has made her the dedicated realtor that she is today. She knows that the rigors of training for a marathon can be quite painful, but extremely rewarding. With this is mind, Andrea delights in surpassing her client's expectations and channels that same drive and determination into each and every transaction.
