Crystal Dukes is a fourth-generation native of Tampa Bay. A current resident of South Tampa, she was raised on a strawberry farm in Plant City, Florida. Crystal graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology.
Prior to her real estate career, Crystal worked as a trial consultant for a jury consulting firm, where she honed her research, advisory, consulting and negotiation skills. Crystal specializes in the sale of luxury, waterfront, historic homes, high-rises, new construction and acreage. Her in-depth knowledge of Tampa Bay and surrounding real estate markets allows her to cover a wide geographic territory in Hillsborough, Pinellas and Polk counties, including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Gulf beaches, Lakeland and Plant City. An accomplished sales associate, Crystal won “best real estate agent” in South Tampa Magazine for 2020 Best of South Tampa.
She is an active participant in several educational, civic and charitable organizations. Crystal is a member of the University of Tampa Alumni Association, homecoming and entrepreneur program. She also serves as an official volunteer at Gasparilla International Film Festival where art, film and education inspire and entertain Tampa Bay's diverse population and Gasparilla Music Festival that supports and promotes music and education. Crystal serves as a volunteer for Best Buddies in Tampa Bay, which promotes one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for students and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Crystal attended Brandon School of Dance Arts for 10 years and credits her dance training in addition to her farming roots for the discipline, work ethic and dedication she displays in her real estate career. Her love for travel, culture and ancient architecture fuel her passion in the industry and the diverse population she serves. Crystal also enjoys yoga, running and the beach.
