Originally from Connecticut, Katie understands firsthand what draws many buyers from the tri-state area to Monmouth County: the combination of coastal beauty, top-rated schools, and close proximity to New York City. Having made that move herself, she offers a unique perspective and connection with clients relocating to the Jersey Shore. Prior to her successful real estate career, Katie spent 13 years in broadcasting and news journalism at ABC News. Her work as a field producer sharpened her calm, solutions-driven approach and ability to perform under pressure, qualities that now serve her clients well in even the most complex transactions. Drawing on her communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, Katie is dedicated to delivering exceptional results. She takes pride in listening closely, anticipating needs, and providing thoughtful guidance.
