Jeff first visited Boca Grande as a child at the age of 10. Born with a serious case of wanderlust, Jeff's jobs in the fashion industry and photography allowed him to travel the world, but he continued to return to the island he fell in love with. After spending 20+ years as a portrait photographer working with national magazines and advertising agencies, Jeff was inevitably drawn to the family business of real estate. For sellers, he brings a creative eye, marketing and business acumen to help market the property to its best potential. Jeff's mother, his favorite mentor, taught him that real estate is about honesty, ethics and helping people through what can be an emotional time whether it is selling a well loved family home or helping buyers through each step of the process of finding and purchasing their dream home. Success in real estate all comes down to relationships and trust. Jeff and his mother, Donna Moore, owner of Gulf to Bay Sotheby's International Realty, formed a team with assistant Naomi Wise to provide excellent care and service. For buyers, Jeff loves being the detective - using market knowledge and the latest means, whether it's electronically, or using actual human contact and old-fashioned homework, he takes pride in helping you discover that "gem" that makes an inanimate house your loving home in which to enjoy a wonderful life. While Jeff really enjoys the long hours he spends helping people with their real estate needs, he also relishes living on Boca Grande with Kathleen (his love), his dogs, sandy beaches, glowing sunsets, great food and wine, still travelling the world, and helping charities in need. Growing up in New England. He loves the Red Sox, and yet he realizes that had his father taken him to Yankee stadium instead of Fenway park when he was 4 years old, he would have gone through far less suffering in life. He loves all dogs, all children and most adults. He loves a sense of humor and he achieves great satisfaction in helping his clients attain their goals.
