With over 30 years of experience in real estate, Lisa always strives to keep learning new technology and trends to help best serve her clients. She is a Certified Negotiation Expert, Fine Home Specialist, e-pro, Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Master of Arts in Counseling, and has read hundreds of books related to the real estate industry. She is well versed in condo development and sales, having developed and sold the 68-unit Pines at Orehouse Plaza in Steamboat with her husband Brian, as well as working with other local developers. Recognizing the importance of a high level of marketing for her listings, Lisa aligns herself with Steamboat Sotheby's International Realty, the true leader in the Steamboat market with a marketing strategy that includes the most significant media companies and real estate focused websites in the world. She also provides instant, automated email systems for buyer's searching for a home so they never miss an opportunity. Lisa and her team are dedicated to providing a high level of service to their clients before, during and after a sale. A believer in giving back, Lisa is always willing to roll up her sleeves to help a good cause. She is most proud of her winning role in the local Dancing with the Stars fundraiser for CASA, as well as her dedication to the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club, Girls on the Run, and many other local charities. She has served on the Board of Girls on the Run, Catamount Ranch & Club, and the Steamboat Grand and Pines Homeowners Associations. Since 1992, Lisa has been enjoying Steamboat's active, healthy lifestyle. Originally from Bethesda, Maryland, she received a Bachelor's Degree from Colgate University, spent a few years in Chicago working in the advertising world, and then came to Steamboat to 'have an adventure before grad school.' She immediately fell in love with the area and decided instead to build a life here. She has two wonderful daughters that share her passion for skiing, hiking, biking and the outdoors.
