Description
Brian Tempel came to Gibson Sotheby’s in 2014 from a high-end residential development firm where his dual role as Acquisitions Analyst & Financial Consultant gave him suitable knowledge for residential real estate from an investment perspective. Brian holds his Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License #CS-109057, intended to add value for developers as well as buyers throughout the new construction process. His background also includes Wealth Management experience at Merrill Lynch where he gained a broad understanding of the investment markets. His first venture, while enrolled in Business School was at the previous Louis Boston property where Brian owned his own Back Bay parking management company, and his appreciation for real estate investment began. By merging a career of entrepreneurship, wealth management and property development analysis, Brian is able to provide his clients a wide variety of skills that differentiate him from other brokers.
Over the years, Brian has lived in Boston’s Back Bay, Cambridge, Watertown, Milton and finally Westwood where he currently resides with his wife and three children. He holds a B.A. degree in Advertising from Pepperdine University and an MBA from Babson College
