Description
Fleur started her real estate career over 25 years ago in London. Specializing in Castles in All Shapes and Sizes, she brings her vivacious character and strong client focus to Washington, DC’s fast-paced market. Known for her exceptional customer service and ability to make the process enjoyable, Fleur takes the stress out of buying and selling homes, ensuring a seamless transaction from start to finish.
Originally from Devon, UK, Fleur grew up surrounded by the beauty and tranquility of the English countryside, spending her time between horses and sailing boats. In 2000, after years working in television broadcasting—traveling the country and meeting people from all walks of life—she found her true calling in real estate.
Fleur honed her expertise working with some of London’s top estate agents, specializing in high-end properties across Chelsea, Chiswick, Islington, Mayfair, and Kensington. Later, she returned to the South West, where she focused on Fine Homes, Equestrian, and Agricultural properties. Whether showcasing a stately manor in heels or walking vast fields in wellies, Fleur thrived on the variety and challenges. When the 2008 recession hit, she pivoted to coastal real estate, catering to London’s luxury second-home market—often closing deals over ice cream by the sea.
In 2011, Fleur moved to Washington, DC, and never looked back. Transitioning to the U.S. market, she joined the prestigious TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, where she quickly became a top producer. Through years of dedication and perseverance, she now serves as Senior Vice President, consistently delivering exceptional results for her clients. With extensive experience in navigating different markets and climates, Fleur understands how to adapt and thrive, ensuring her clients succeed no matter the circumstances.
Fleur and her beloved mastiff, Pisco, call Capitol Hill home, embracing the neighborhood’s charm and vibrant community. Pisco, a gentle giant, is known for stopping pedestrians in their tracks for belly rubs. When not working or hosting events, Fleur indulges her passion for travel, immersing herself in different cultures, cuisines, and fine wines.
As an expat herself, Fleur has a deep understanding of the unique needs of international clients navigating life in Washington, DC. Her track record speaks for itself—call her to find out more!
