He returned to New York to pursue a career path that involved all aspects of the Real Estate industry; from Commercial Property Sales, Leasing & Development, Property Management & Construction, Urban Planning & Land Use, Historic Preservation & Restoration and Real Estate Brokerage & Leasing. Steven specializes in assisting first time Home Buyers. Steven lives in the small town of Monterey, MA (if you let him, he will tell you how much he loves it there). He is involved with local government & community groups. In his spare time, Steven restores old buildings & automobiles. He also likes to cook.
