Recruited by Sotheby’s International Realty in 1996 as a founding associate of its San Francisco brokerage, she quickly secured her position in the top 1% of the firm’s agents worldwide. After a decade of unprecedented success, she brought her cultivated reputation and discerning clients to the Napa/Sonoma Wine Country.
After initiating the opening of the Sonoma and St Helena offices, Ginger immediately established eminence for her representation of the finest luxury estates, vineyards, and land offerings. Ginger maintains strong ties with her colleagues and clients in San Francisco, the Silicon Valley, and Internationally.
At $35 million, Ginger and her team closed the highest valued residential real estate sale in the history of Sonoma County followed by sales of the highest valued Napa Valley residential properties from 2011-2022.
Ginger’s clients significantly benefit from her personal real estate portfolio that includes land and residential acquisitions and sales, development, construction, and property management. Combined with two decades as CEO of her own sales and marketing firm, her business savvy is at a high level of knowledge regarding the luxury real estate market.
Sotheby’s International Realty named Ginger as “Top 25 Agents” from 2010-2022 while Anywhere ranks her in the top 1% of over 50,000 esteemed sales associates from 2010-2022. The Wall Street RealTrends has named Ginger as one of the “Top 100 Agents” in the United States from 2010-2022. The San Francisco Luxury Marketing Council names Ginger as one of the "Top 10 Agents" in the Bay Area.
In addition to her commitment to her clientele, Ginger is devoted to her community, humanitarian projects, and the arts.
