Like many others, Anni followed a friend to Montclair.
It was 1998. She was living in Hoboken with her husband and one-year-old daughter, pregnant with her second, and completely in love with city life. Leaving felt risky. But her friend promised Montclair had everything they were looking for - so they made the leap.
What Anni found here was more than she imagined: a vibrant, culturally rich community with exceptional public schools, stunning reservations that frame the town, and neighborhoods filled with character and possibility. She has raised two daughters through the Montclair school system, walked countless miles in Mills and Eagle Rock Reservations with beloved family dogs and their furry friends, served on local boards, and immersed herself in community groups that have given her a deep and nuanced understanding of the people who call this town home.

Before joining Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty in 2015, Anni built a career in PR and marketing as a live event producer - a role that demanded precision, creativity, composure, and the ability to manage high-stakes logistics with grace. Those same skills now define her real estate practice. Moving is emotional. It’s complex. It requires coordination and clarity. Anni thrives in that space.
For the past three years, Anni has partnered with Fredericka “Frede” Mirenda, combining their complementary strengths to deliver an elevated, highly personalized, two-for-one experience for every client.
