A proud Tampa native, Andrea Simpson is knowledgeable about the growth of the Tampa Bay area. As a lifetime resident, she has observed Tampa's development and evolution into a great city. She is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a degree in criminology. Andrea owned and operated a concierge service for working professionals before her career in real estate. She believes that her diverse career path has provided a solid foundation for understanding what exceptional customer service should be.
Andrea has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2011 and continues to broaden her knowledge of the industry by continuing her education, keeping up with buyer and seller expectations and their specific needs. She is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and has earned designations as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES), Seller's Representative Specialist (SRS) and Military Relocation Specialist (MRP). Andrea's real estate experience has broadened into the realm of new construction, working with several custom builders.
Outside of real estate, she is active in several community service organizations, including Dress for Success for the empowerment of women, The Spring of Tampa Bay for battered women and Goodwill's BookWorks reading program for children.
