Hailing from Brooklyn, New York, Jim relocated to Hollywood, Florida as a child and graduated from Mercer University in Georgia with a bachelor's degree in history. Jim is proud to offer his expertise in every aspect of real estate transactions, providing excellent service with a strong customer-first work ethic. Jim has been married to his wife Lisa, a St. Petersburg native, for over 40 years and enjoys all that the region has to offer. They have one married daughter and two beautiful grandchildren who reside in Indianapolis. Outside of work, Jim is a member of the Dunedin Golf Club, is a longtime coach and umpire with Clearwater National Little League, supports Dunedin Cares, and enjoys traveling with his wife and visiting his family in Indiana.
