I have a penchant for teaching investment real estate and helping people to analyze the better properties to purchase. Many of my clients are attorneys, engineers, and successful entrepreneurs. Others are first time home buyers, first time income property owners or the experienced of both areas. I grew up in Belmont Shore in Long Beach went to Saint Anthony's Long Beach, Graduated from Wilson Long Beach, and CSULB with a finance concentration. My Executive MBA is from CSUMB with an innovation concentration. I am a blood, platelet and white cell donor for the Red Cross and Children's Hospital. The support of education through the Peninsula Education Foundation in Palos Verdes is dear to my heart. My coaching days are now behind me as my sons are concentrating on their academic studies. My daughter and son-in-law have given me a granddaughter to enjoy a new journey of life. I stay active through spin cycling, mountain biking, yoga, and weight training.
