Fred settled permanently in Cutchogue in 2005. Fred is Past Commodore of Old Cove Yacht Club as well as Rear Commodore; He still serves on the Board of Directors. Fred is the co-founder of The Peconic and Gardiners Junior Sailing Association which organized youth sailing on both the south and north forks.
Apart from boating Fred is involved with several sports car clubs where he enjoys road rallies with his various vintage cars. Fred spent thirty-three successful years as a Senior VP of fixed income trading sales with a specialty in matching sellers with buyers. Fred has experience with the local government permitting and has solid knowledge of the maze of permissions required. Since he re-invented himself in real estate, he has successfully listed, sold and leased both residential and commercial properties on the East End of Long Island.
