Anthony Gatto is a highly experienced sales associate with 20 years of expertise in the real estate industry. He is committed to the highest professional standards and is results-oriented, with the ability to creatively structure, negotiate and close residential transactions.
In 2015, Anthony listed and sold over $50 million in real estate including a unique Naples beachfront estate. He is experienced in negotiating complicated real estate transactions, involving as many as 23 properties in a single transaction. Over the course of his career, he has been personally involved in over 1,000 purchase and sales transactions. Anthony is accomplished in many areas of real estate including purchase, sales, rehabilitation and management.
Anthony began his career in real estate as a mortgage loan officer and quickly became a branch manager, overseeing 13 loan officers. He was appointed state manager of New Jersey in 2006 and state manager of New York in 2008 for the largest banker and broker in the country. This included managing 64 branches, with an annual loan production of $1.5 billion. Anthony has held a banker's license in both New York and New Jersey.
Anthony has earned designations as a Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional (CRMP) and Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and is currently working on his (GRI) Graduate REALTOR® Institute. Anthony is a full-time resident of Bonita Springs along with his wife of 44 years, Mary Roseto Gatto. He is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, Florida REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
In his free time, Anthony enjoys golfing, sailing, fishing, photography and art. He has been the Commodore of the Pelican Landing Sailing Amenity for the past two years and is a member of the Naples Italian Cultural Society. Anthony and his family are contributors to New Story Charity, an organization involved in building homes in Haiti and other areas in need.
