Eric is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder and a resident of Colorado for 30 years. As one of Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty’s first brokers he has helped Buyers and Sellers with almost half a billion dollars in Roaring Fork Real Estate transactions. He has a reputation for integrity, diligence, responsibility and responsiveness to his clients’ needs. A former member and chairperson of the City of Aspen Planning and Zoning Commission, member of the Commercial Core and Lodging Commission and the Aspen Infill Advisory Board, Eric has an in depth knowledge and expertise in local Land Use and Development issues. He has also served as the Government Affairs Director for the Aspen Board of Realtors and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Aspen Youth Center. A former alpine ski racer, Eric has been a volunteer coach for the Aspen Valley Ski and Snowboard Club. He is an active skier, biker and “participant in all things outdoors” and loves to share his knowledge of the valley with friends and clients!
