His diverse business background includes numerous joint ventures drawing on his pedigree as the former Business Development Manager for Impark, Canada's largest parking company (more than 5,000 employees). In more recent years Brad was the top producing Broker in Suncadia resort and continues to dominate high-end recreational property sales in Suncadia, Sapphire Skies and throughout the Cle Elum area. His portfolio includes unique property listings in destination markets given his strategic relationships in key feeder cities and an expansive social sphere.
A tenacious representative of his clients, Brad maintains a deep bench of successful transactions that include many challenging shorts sales, foreclosures and bank-owned properties.
