John is a third generation Charleston native and a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Hospitality Management. John spent 15 years in Hospitality Operations and Sales Management before becoming the Operations Manager for Mike Besta Renovation & Restoration specializing in the historic renovations of homes South of Broad Street. His fascination with restoring homes, balancing the old with the new for today’s generation of owners, and his strong relationship with clients led to his decision to become a REALTOR®.
At Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty, John is a part of the Huguley Team led by his father Jack Huguley. Together, they have over 29 years of experience in Real Estate. They are committed to finding the perfect home for their buyers as well as aggressively marketing their sellers’ homes regardless of the price point. In representing both buyers and sellers, The Huguley Team’s Lowcountry knowledge and experience provides a level of service that is second to none.
In his leisure time, John enjoys playing golf, spending time on the boat, and entertaining family and friends at home. He and his wife Blythe live in Mount Pleasant with their son Jay.
