Born and raised in Los Angeles, Steve has been an active part of the Los Angeles community for over forty years. After graduating from UCLA and earning his law degree at Loyola Law School, Steve settled in the South Bay, where he now lives with his wife Shauna, and his kids, Duke and Ella. As a real estate professional, Steve brings with him the experiences he gained as a transactional attorney with Sheppard Mullin, and as the vice president, associate general counsel, for DIRECTV's real estate and multifamily apartment and investment property businesses. With his background as a transactional attorney, Steve has extensive experience in negotiating and structuring complex transactions ranging in size from the acquisition and sale of residential and investment real estate to multi-million dollar mergers and acquisitions.

Steve believes ethics are of paramount importance in his real estate relationships and transactions. His desire to sincerely help his clients through every step of the transaction and to deal with buyers and sellers in a straightforward and ethical manner is further evidenced by his background in law enforcement as a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputy, during which time he was a patrol deputy for the County of Los Angeles.

In addition to the time spent with his clients, Steve enjoys living in Hermosa Beach where his kids attend Hermosa Beach elementary schools and Steve serves on the board of the Hermosa Beach Education Foundation.
