Cathy McCormick, a licensed REALTOR®, has been involved in the sales and marketing of one of Southwest Florida's premier communities, Bonita Bay Properties. She and her husband Jim began their career in 1995 and were involved in all aspects of new home and high-rise sales. Cathy eventually made the transition to general real estate at Premier Properties in the Promenade where Jim soon followed, and their business flourished. After many years as a Lutgert-owned boutique house, Premier became affiliated with Sotheby's thus, Premier Sotheby's International Realty was established. With nearly 25 plus years of experience, Cathy has specialized in private, upscale, resort-style communities in Southwest Florida that offer golf, tennis, beach, and other world-class amenities.
Originally from West Des Moines, Iowa, Cathy previously worked in the world of advertising and marketing in Coral Gables, Florida before her career in real estate. Cathy and Jim have been involved with Barbara's Friends, an effort through the Bonita Bay Tennis Group benefiting children with cancer, Bonita Bay Veteran's Council, Wounded Warriors, and Hope Hospice.
Cathy is a member of the Bonita Springs-Estero Board of REALTORS® with MLS from Naples to Ft. Myers, the Florida Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. She is a Certified New Home Specialist and has been presented with several awards at the local level.
