Mark Webb joined the Sotheby's International Realty - East Hampton brokerage in December 2015 after a long and successful career in the financial services and travel industries. He held senior executive positions at American Express Company, Citibank, British Airways and Travelzoo, where he served as President.
Mark lived and worked in many parts of the world, including four years spent in London where he led American Express' European division. Mark also served as CEO of an American Express subsidiary based in San Diego, California. In his youth, Mark completed foreign study in France, Austria, and The Philippines. As a result, he speaks several foreign languages including French, German, and as well as some Italian, Spanish and Mandarin.
Mark has owned and developed several real estate properties on the East End of Long Island over the last 30 years, where he has deep expertise in all neighborhoods, with special knowledge in village and south of the highway locations.
Mark is known for great real estate judgment, customer focus, and integrity. In addition, he is active at the Animal Rescue Fund in Wainscot. In January, 2017, he made a 3-year financial commitment to ARF based on his real estate earnings.
Mark resides in the village of East Hampton.
