Since 1977, I had worked at and owned a family business, Taylor Warner Realty, with my husband, Bob Krener. I am pleased that I am presently an Associate Real Estate Broker at the Garden City office of Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty. When I realized that the present real estate market demanded the latest technological advances and high-quality tools that only a leading firm like Daniel Gale Sotheby's could offer buyers and sellers, I chose to affiliate Taylor Warner with Daniel Gale Sotheby's and couldn't be happier with the choice. In fact, Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty was the only firm I would consider for a merger, since their mission, culture and commitment to service and quality were evident to me for many years. I have been a homeowner in Garden City since 1976. I hold a B. S. degree in Education and English from St. John's University and a Master of Science degree from Columbia University, with a concentration in Clinical Social Work. That clinical training, working with couples, families and groups, has certainly been valuable as a Real Estate Broker. My listening skills in hearing what buyers want and sellers need are a valuable asset in this business. The dedication and industrious initiative I have displayed have rewarded me as a successful and productive broker in my community. In fact, I am now working with the next generation of loyal clients and customers. Our daughter, Cristina, who enjoyed the benefits of the Garden City public school system, went on to attend George Washington University after graduating from Garden City High School. She is currently living in Garden City with our grandsons. I have also sold homes in the surrounding areas, such as East Williston, Old Westbury, Brookville, and Rockville Centre.
