Audrey and Marc Small have been involved in real estate for over 30 years calling Steamboat Springs home for the past 15. They are proud to be involved in the community and the continuing growth of the valley. Marc has a Bachelor's degree in Business, with an accounting background. He began his extensive business experience in Steamboat Springs as the owner of Lincoln Avenue Printers; publishers of The Steamboat Guide, Steamboat Entertainment and the Steamboat Dining Guide. Marc's community involvement includes a position as President of the Steamboat Chamber Ambassadors, Crime Stoppers and as a Steamboat Ski Corporation Ambassador. Audrey has a Bachelor's degree in Education coupled with a Master's degree in Counseling. She has worked for Steamboat Ski Corporation for over 13 years both as a supervisor for the ambassadors and as a manager of the ticket office. Audrey and Marc keep their fingers on the pulse of the community as Steamboat Ski Corporation representatives, volunteer benefit coordinators and scholarship providers for deserving high school students. They specialize in commercial and residential real estate with a solid understanding of real estate development; priding themselves in their ability to find the perfect Steamboat property to match your needs.
