Lana is the co-owner and Chief Brokerage Officer of Damianos Sotheby’s International Realty. With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Lana’s focus is centered around growing the company’s sales team, not only in terms of sheer numbers but through professional development and coaching. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes transparency, a positive mindset, and clear, consistent communication. In addition to participating in her own real estate transactions, Lana works one-on-one with every member of her sales team to brainstorm ideas, problem solve, and carve new paths for increasing productivity and sales volume. Lana’s personalized attention, mentorship and management of the sales team is a key factor in the company’s success. Lana holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Tulane University’s prestigious A.B. Freeman School of Business and she is a Certified Residential Broker (CRB), a member of the American National Association of Realtors (NAR), and a licensed Broker with the Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA).
