Whether he’s helping buyers put together a strategic offer that will place them in their ideal home, locating a great rental space for a client in transition, or marketing a property to get the highest possible return for a seller, Chris is committed to helping his clients achieve their real estate goals. Recognizing that buying or selling a home is a major life decision, Chris strives to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. More important to him than any single transaction is building a successful and lasting relationship with every client. Chris comes to real estate with an impressive sales background, having built a fifteen year long career in wholesale distribution. He has highly developed organizational skills and attention to detail, and his ability to design creative solutions and deliver results has earned him a business built soundly on referrals and repeat business. A native of Chicagoland, Chris grew up in the western suburbs and is readily available to assist clients in the various neighborhoods of the city as well as the suburbs. Chris frequently works with clients who are transitioning from the city to the suburbs. When Chris is not working hard for his clients, there is probably nothing he enjoys more than travelling. He believes that there is no better way to learn than to meet new people and experience new things for oneself. Chris has an appreciation for diverse cultures and enjoys experiencing different styles of ethnic cuisine. He is an outdoor enthusiast with interests including hiking, skiing, boating, skydiving and snorkeling just to name a few. Chris is fluent in Spanish and graduated with a B.A. in Foreign Languages from Illinois State University.
