Description

Michael Alpert has always had a passion for real estate. He basks in the memories as a child of going to open houses on the weekends along with his mother and father. He has always been fascinated with the hunt to find the perfect home. At the age of 12, Michael was reading a local real estate magazine where he discovered his parent's future home. It was said home, that he would continue to grow up in until his relocation from New Jersey to Hofstra University. Graduating with his Bachelors of Business Administration concentrating in Marketing and International Business; In 2008 Michael purchased his first home on Long Island where he soared within the community. In 2011 Michael purchased his first business.. The Mineola Diner. Michael had always envisioned owning a neighborhood restaurant where people could gather in the community and always have that “at home feeling”. Michael's never ending mission to make people feel at home had lead him to take a leap of faith… he had gone on to become a licensed real estate agent. He has an undeniable ability to understand and truly listen to his client's needs. As the years have continued, Michael marketed and sold his first home to move to the area where he was doing a significant amount of business in real estate. Residing in Westbury Village, a business owner in Mineola and living nearly 20 years in Nassau County, Michael has a vast knowledge of many areas and specializes in the most places surrounding the main line of the Long Island Railroad from Floral Park to Huntington. Michael will do anything he can to take care of you and make your dream of home ownership a reality. Michael Alpert has always had a passion for real estate.
