Raised in Hawaii, Susan Kurtz moved to the Bay Area in 1995 and brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate along with a keen understanding of the diverse and competitive Bay Area rental market. Susan specializes in luxury high-end rentals and is known for her thoughtful, hands-on approach, and in-depth knowledge of San Francisco and Marin County neighborhoods.
Susan is a natural listener who knows how to connect her clients with their ideal new tenant while ensuring that their needs are met throughout every step of the rental process. She understands that navigating the Bay Area rental market can be complex and overwhelming, yet clients can count on Susan’s unwavering professionalism, her solid grasp of the market, and exemplary service to ensure a seamless and successful transaction. Prior to her career in real estate, Susan worked in sales and combines her knowledge, experience, and training with the unmatched marketing resources of Sotheby’s International Realty to ensure maximum exposure for her clients’ properties.
In her free time, Susan enjoys traveling; her sense of wanderlust has led her to travel as widely and as often as possible. On nice weekends, she enjoys stand-up paddle boarding in Sausalito and riding her Ducati motorcycle through the Bay Area back roads. She readily donates her time to volunteering at Glide Memorial, serving meals to the homeless as well as delivering food for the San Francisco/Marin food bank. A devoted animal lover, Susan supports the local SPCA and other animal rescue organizations in the SF Bay Area.
