Prior to becoming a top-producing Realtor® with more than $100 million in individual sales, Ken was a successful litigation attorney and draws frequently from that experience in his real estate career. Ken founded the Silver Line Group in 2013 and continues to lead the group as its principal agent. Ken’s ability to tell a home's story has landed his listings on the pages of The Washington Post, Washington Business Journal, Curbed DC, and the Falls Church News Press. This ability to create a buzz about a property has helped his listings sell more quickly and for top dollar. Conveniently, through his vast network of real estate-related professionals, Ken’s clients have access to the top professional photographers, stagers, contractors, and more. In his prior capacity as a lawyer, Ken partnered with Legal Counsel for the Elderly to present Advanced Directive Workshops, helping seniors throughout Washington, DC prepare Living Wills and Durable Powers of Attorney. Now, in his capacity as a Realtor®, he continues helping seniors as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®). Ken regularly hosts "Home Trends with Ken," a video series that helps homeowners create their dream home while adding equity to one of their most valuable assets.
