Kevin DeLashmutt prides himself in this personalized service, and is passionate about loyally representing his clients while helping them negotiate the best path in reaching their goals. As a savvy negotiator with many years of real estate experience, Kevin’s expertise encompasses all markets throughout our region. He is a seasoned professional whose knowledge range extends from waterfront estates to in-city investment condos, commercial properties, farms, and even to vacant land. Kevin has held his broker’s license since 1989 and owned many homes of his own since his first home purchase in 1980. He knows from firsthand experience how it feels to be on the buying and selling ends of transactions. A true full-service broker, Kevin embraces new technology and continually upgrades his marketing practices to stay at the forefront of our ever changing real estate market. His dedication to his craft has motivated him to train and mentor many of his fellow brokers, as well as earn many awards and certifications including Professional Selling Skills (PSS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Staging Professional (CSP), and Certified Short Sale Specialist (CSSS). Outside of work, Kevin is a commercially rated helicopter pilot and enjoys being a mentor for Raisbeck Aviation High School students. He has also coached kids 15 and under in soccer, basketball, and baseball and enjoys travel, boating, and skiing with his wife and two grown sons. Originally from the Midwest, Kevin’s “Midwestern values” of strong ethics, hard work, dependability, and trustworthiness have made him one of our area's top producers in the real estate business and he is ranked within the top 4% of brokers nationwide.
