Erin develops a unique business plan for every client to achieve each closing. Whether marketing a seller's home, negotiating a sale for her buyers, or helping families take their next steps in life, Erin's knowledge, commitment and skills are unmatched.
Before joining Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Erin worked in the insurance industry. She focused on the development of information technology systems, marketing and security analysis.
She received her MBA and bachelor's degrees from the University of South Florida, where she specialized in Information Systems, Management Systems, Economics and Finance. She also studied Industrial Engineering at the University of Florida.
Erin is active in several community and professional boards. She is a member of the Greater Tampa Association of REALTORS®, University Club of Tampa, AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America), Tampa Museum of Art, Tampa Museum of History, Women in Leadership at USF, the Junior Leagues of Tampa and Sarasota, Arts and Cultural Alliance of Sarasota, Sarasota Yacht Club and the Designing Daughters of Sarasota.
In her free time, Erin is heavily involved in the Tampa and Sarasota communities. She enjoys philanthropy and the arts. Erin lives on Harbour Island with her husband and foster-turned-rescue dog. She also enjoys exercising at Pure Barre, the Harbour Island Athletic Club and participating in many water sports that the Gulf Coast offers.
