Not only does she represent buyers and sellers in all areas of Manhattan, Heléne is equally comfortable working with a wide network of brokers and clients to help facilitate real estate transactions outside Manhattan. One such collaboration brought about the record-breaking sale for the highest price ever paid for a single-family residence in Bronxville, New York. She has consistently achieved the distinction of being named one of NRT's top 1,000 sales associates and has been featured in Avenue Magazine's Leading Ladies of Real Estate.
Of European background and fluent in Greek, Heléne also serves an international clientele that truly appreciates and values her understanding of their unique and specific real estate needs.
Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty, Heléne was accepted to Harvard University, but instead chose to accept an invitation by world renowned choreographer George Balanchine to join his company, the New York City Ballet. She had a long and distinguished career as a Principal Dancer with the New York City Ballet where she originated and performed a wide range of leading roles. Heléne has also appeared in a number of television and film roles and as a spokesperson for the New York City Ballet Workout Book. In 2011, she was honored with the prestigious Jerome Robbins Award for her career in dance.
Ms. Alexopoulos Warrick attended Columbia University, where she was awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award and has taught at Barnard College as an Adjunct Professor.
Ms. Alexopoulos Warrick lives in Manhattan with her husband and their twins. With a son and daughter in private school, Heléne understands and is responsive to the needs of families. Active in both of her children's schools as well as a number of charitable organizations, Heléne has served as a benefit chairwoman for a number of charities including the Princess Grace Foundation, the New York City Ballet and Career Transitions for Dancers. Heléne currently serves on the Arts Advisory Board of the Princess Grace Foundation.
