Born and raised in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, Katie brings local knowledge plus big city and luxury real estate experience to our Berkshire County offices. Upon finishing her degree in Business Administration and Real Estate Finance at the University of Vermont, Katie moved to Manhattan to work for one of the city's top residential brokerages, in the sales office at a luxury new development. After four years in New York City, Katie's affinity for the mountains led her to Lake Tahoe, where she worked for Sierra Sotheby's International Realty, focusing on the luxury residential market. Ultimately, Katie's local roots and love of the outdoors drew her back to the Berkshires. Licensed in both Massachusetts and New York, Katie specializes in helping sellers achieve their goals all over Berkshire and Columbia Counties. She is passionate about tailoring marketing plans to help highlight the individual assets of each unique property - from in town historic buildings to mountside retreats. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, when Katie is not assisting her clients, she can be found skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or golfing all over Berkshire County and beyond.
