Since 1984, Alan has helped clients buy, sell, and build in North Scottsdale and beyond. Early in his career he was named National Rookie Salesperson of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders, Local Real Estate Salesperson of the Year, and earned three MAME awards. In 2004 he closed over $30M as a Top Producer.
By 1997, Alan was the go-to representative for custom builders like SBC Custom Homes, Jesse Hill, Standing Rock, and LaBlonde. He understands land value, new construction, and how to structure deals that protect clients’ goals. In 2005 he became managing partner of Distinctive Luxury Properties...which joined Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty in 2008.
Alan is certified in short sales and foreclosures and serves as a Real Estate Special Commissioner for Maricopa County Superior Court. More than 75% of his business comes from referrals because he negotiates hard, communicates clearly, and delivers smooth closings for both buyers and sellers.
When he’s not working, you’ll find him skiing, scuba diving, or competing at the range with his son.
