A Fairfield resident and real estate professional for over 40 years, Cathy has been a top producing broker for her entire real estate career. She owned and managed a successful real estate office for seven years before selling it to a large regional firm in 1987. Her extensive knowledge of the Fairfield and Westport market area, and understanding of fluctuating market conditions help her assist buyers and sellers. Her experience ranges from consulting with first time home buyers to marketing a major waterfront estate. She has cultivated an enormous portfolio of clients which provide her with strong repeat and referral business. She has represented clients on multiple transactions and is now working with the next generation. Her expertise in pricing, networking and marketing has made her a strong listing agent throughout her career. Cathy holds a brokers license and has her GRI and CRS designations, which is only awarded to 2% of the national realtors. She has been awarded the Five Star Professional designation by Connecticut Magazine for the past 7 years. This award is given to real estate agents who deliver outstanding service and client satisfaction. This select group represents less than 7 percent of real estate agents in the area. She received her BA from Boston College in in elementary and special education. Early in her career she worked for Xerox as an educational and training specialist. She decided to get her license after buying and selling her first house. Cathy and her family have lived in the Fairfield area for over 40 years. Her two sons went through the Fairfield school system and then both attended Fairfield Prep where their father attended. She loves the town and enjoys sharing all it has to offer to relocating families and first time buyers. With over 4 decades of real estate experience, her enthusiasm and dedication remain strong!
