In 2004, C. Daniel Estrada began his brokering career with a boutique real estate firm specializing in residential resort property. During his formative years, he acquired a reputation of trust and reliability, eventually leading to a partnership within the company. Daniel currently practices out of LIV Sotheby’s village location in Beaver Creek. Performing at a high level of efficiency, Daniel has brokered nearly $200 million in sales volume; developing a judicious understanding of contract rights and liabilities, adept negotiation strategies, and seasoned communication skills involving both client and broker relations. His market knowledge spans from the luxury villages of Vail and Beaver Creek, to the diverse townships and districts within Eagle County. As a result, Daniel has developed an expansive sales portfolio and a refined following, positioning himself as a highly qualified advisor for luxury buyer and seller representation. Daniel resides in the Singletree neighborhood of Edwards, with his wife Isabella and 6 year old son Noah.
