A native of Clearwater Beach, Kelly Lee McFrederick's roots run deep in the Tampa Bay area. For almost two decades, she's been a well-respected and successful real estate professional in the luxury market. Kelly Lee is a Certified International Property Specialist instructor and is passionate about teaching international real estate practices domestically and globally, connecting REALTORS® with buyers and sellers worldwide. An experienced communicator in global real estate in both the residential and commercial sectors, Kelly Lee has been invited to teach the first CIPS course in Seoul, Korea, by the Global Real Estate Association. She travels to six countries a year on real estate trade missions, participates in her local global council, and is a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association and the Asian Real Estate Association of America. Kelly Lee thrives in the global marketplace, learning world cultures and economics.
In 2003, Kelly Lee began her journey in real estate, working as an Accredited Staging Professional Master with Stagedhomes.com. She later became a trainer and speaker in the Florida marketplace, eventually acquiring her real estate broker and real estate instructor licenses in 2004 and 2006, respectively. Kelly Lee has been honored with many awards as a top-ranking associate for both listing and sales, yet firmly believes in continuing her education to stay current in real estate trends. Some of her professional designations and certifications include: Accredited Buyer's Representative, At Home with Diversity, Certified Brokerage Manager, an e-Pro internet professional, Military Relocation Professional, NAR Green, Pricing Strategy Advisor, Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Seller Representative Specialist.
A graduate from the University of Florida, Kelly Lee is an avid tennis player, golfer and has spent a lifetime boating in the Tampa Bay. She is a generous contributor and a dedicated alumna of the 2014 Leadership St. Pete class through the Chamber of Commerce, 2016 District 6 Leadership Institute through her REALTOR® association, a social member of the Vinoy Renaissance Resort & Golf Club, St. Petersburg Yacht Club and the St. Petersburg Country Club. A staunch supporter of community organizations, Kelly Lee is a notable board member of the St. Petersburg Arts Alliance and a volunteer with Infinity, an organization which aids abused children and adults.
