Long time locals remember the big blue farm house along Highway 200. Louis Delducco, Amys paternal grandfather, won the 242-acre property in a weekly poker game. He loved to play and told stories of winning and losing what is now known as the Ponder Point property near Sandpoint. Amy was raised in Northern Minnesota and furthered her education in Washington State where she met her husband, Steve. Steve and Amy found that returning to North Idaho was the easy choice when deciding where to settle down and raise their two boys who are both in the Navy.
