Jennifer Kim, or “Jen”, is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable real estate agent who brings a focused and personable approach to the home selling and buying process. As a licensed real estate professional since 2011, Jen has been integrally involved in the purchase all types of properties, at every price-point, and in every imaginable (or unimaginable) situation. As a Colorado resident for over 10 years and lifelong fan of the state, Jen’s love of the city of Denver and surrounding areas, including mountain resort areas, is as genuine as it is infectious. Passionate about real estate, Jen continually seeks to stay informed about current market trends and developments so she is able to provide her buyer and sellers with valuable information in order to give them the competitive edge in Colorado’s increasingly popular real estate market. Having purchased her own home several years ago in Denver, Jen recognizes the importance of being informed during every step of the home purchase and sale process. She especially appreciates the peace of mind that information and open communication provides while buying or selling a home – likely one of the most significant financial investment transactions that a person will make during their lives. As a California native who originally moved to Boulder to attend law school at the University of Colorado, Jen also understands the added pressures, planning, and details involved with moving – especially relocating to another state. Always eager to show off her beloved state of Colorado, Jen enjoys working with clients relocating to Denver and surrounding areas. Prior to attending law school, Jen graduated from University of California, San Diego (UCSD) in La Jolla, California. Immediately before re-joining the world of real estate, Jen practiced law with several local and national firms in Denver, specializing in intellectual property litigation and general civil litigation. In previous roles, Jen was a legal analyst for an international financial consulting firm, and also entertained a career at a top Hollywood talent agency’s Television Business and Legal Affairs department. Outside of preparing homes to list and showing houses, Jen enjoys spending time with her friends and family, being outdoorsy, enjoying rooftop patios, snowboarding, gardening, dining adventurously, watching competitive cooking TV shows and anything on HGTV. While a Southern Californian at heart, Jen is a true believer in rooting for the home team and is a proud fan of all Colorado based sports – especially CU! Go Buffs!
