Kat was born in Greenville, SC but moved to Pawleys Island after marrying her husband, Pat, in 1991. Upon graduating from Clemson, Kat taught 2nd grade in Greenville for 7 years then continued teaching after moving here in 1991. She took time off to raise their 4 children, then returned to teach in 2011 at Waccamaw Elementary. Kat’s decision to become a licensed Realtor was influenced by her husband who became a licensed Realtor after working in banking/accounting for over 30 years. Her love of the beach and the Lowcountry is evident as she spends much of her free time at the beach with her family and friends. She brings her devotion of caring for others to her job as a Realtor. When you are ready to settle here or when you are ready to sell, Kat will be happy to handle the details for you with enthusiasm and perseverance.
