Our Modus Operandi:
1. It is of the essence for us to know which other real estate agencies you have already contacted in Portugal. We are unable to act if a client is already in touch with one of our colleagues in the Algarve, even if it is for a different property, as that particular agency will recognise the client as a direct contact. Once we know, we are able to make the introduction to other colleague-agents who are not yet involved, we can offer you a much broader range of properties.
2. In order to verify with our colleague-agents whether or not they already know a prospect, we do need specific contact details to identify them: your name, email address and telephone number.
3. It is vital for us to know when and where you are planning to arrive in the Algarve. Knowing where you are going to be based is an additional advantage. Once your decision is made to go on a viewing trip, we will send an update on recent listings including properties which may not yet be on our website.
4. If you notify us of subsequent trips, we shall update your property list as we may have new properties to propose or know of properties that are especially negotiable or represent outstanding value. We also have properties that are confidential so it is important that clients keep in touch concerning their plans.
5. A1 is well experienced assisting would-be buyers to achieve their goal. But please note that the degree of our success does depend on the level of your cooperation. Once we deepen our relationship, we will be able to develop an understanding of your requirements and time scale. We are also able to put you in touch with mortgage brokers, currency specialists, tax advisers and bi-lingual lawyers if required.
