A modern pioneer whose real estate renovation skills helped to establish New York's Tribeca (long before it was known as Tribeca), Maureen Pellegrini has been involved with real estate for most of her adult life. In the late 1970's she arrived in Rockland County where she applied her restoration and construction knowledge to converting industrial space into soaring residential lofts. She became instrumental in the rebirth of the Village of Piermont while at the same time pursuing a successful career as an actress and mother.
By the late 1980's, Maureen was devoting herself full-time to real estate and was officially recognized for her pioneering work in Historic Preservation with a "Distinguished Service Award" from the Rockland County Legislature, a "Certificate of Merit Award" from the Governor of New York State and the "Preservation Merit Award" from the National Register of Historic Places.
With over 30 years experience in historic preservation and property management, Maureen takes a personal interest in each of her clients and seeks to understand and meet their specific needs, whether they are selling or seeking to purchase a property.
Maureen knows real estate from the ground up and understands the importance it plays in the lives of owners and prospective buyers. She stays with her clients every step of the way to insure their experience in the real estate market is a successful one.
Maureen is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR); NY State Association of Realtors (NYSAR); Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (HGAR); Certified Relocation Specialist and Fine Home Specialist. Maureen proudly serves all of Rockland County.
