John believes firmly in doing work he loves every day. After a successful 20-year career in the financial services industry, he was ready for a change. His sister Allison, a Sotheby’s International Realty sales associate with a thriving career in Summit, NJ, challenged him to follow in her footsteps, and in 2016 he took her up on that challenge. It was the best change he ever made. In the years since, he has greatly enjoyed serving his clients as they buy and sell real estate in Rhode Island and southeastern Connecticut. John earned both his BA and MS from Boston College. He enjoys following the Red Sox, Bruins, and Celtics. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Wang YMCA of Chinatown in Boston and the Greater Fall River, Massachusetts YMCA. He is a charter member of the Chariho Centennial Lions Club in Richmond, Rhode Island, and has served as their Vice President and President. He coordinates the Lions’ sight screenings in the Chariho school district, where Lions Club members assist the school nurses with screenings in the schools. John enjoys being active outdoors, running, hiking, and playing golf. John is licensed in Rhode Island and Connecticut.
