Carl is an experienced and award-winning real estate professional in Austin’s luxury real estate market. His annual sales have consistently ranked him in the top 1% of all Austin area Realtors for over a decade. Carl began his full-time career in real estate in 2006 after spending 10 years in investment management. His interest in real estate was first as an investor buying property for himself and remodeling homes for sale or rental. Soon after he began helping others find and acquire property and his real estate business took off from there. “For many years I planned to go back to my former career in financial services, but I found a passion for real estate and the ability to truly help my clients, much as I did in finance. For most people, buying or selling a home or property is one of the more important and significant transactions in their lifetimes. I enjoy providing genuine, sound advice combined with an analytical investment perspective to ensure my clients make the most of their purchase or sale. I back up that advice with the diligence, tenacity and professionalism to get the deal done for them.” Carl has developed a loyal client base over the years.
