Jana Farella is a Realtor and Global Advisor at Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty in La Jolla, California. She is always expanding her knowledge of the local and global real estate markets and her cultural literacy. Growing up in one of the most beautiful cities in Europe (Bardejov, Czechoslovakia) and having travelled to all seven continents, gave Jana a keen eye and appreciation for design and architecture. Launching her career in real estate in 2008, she quickly became the number one agent her very first full year within an office of some 100 realtors. During those early years, as a Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist, she skillfully navigated the sales process to help many of her clients avoid foreclosure. Jana's expertise, underlying work ethic, steadfast integrity, attention to detail and persistence has contributed to the innumerable successful closings over the years. She was recognized in San Diego Business Journal as one of the top agents and by Real Trends as one of the top 1.49% agents nationwide out of over 1.6 million licensed agents. Most of Jana's listings throughout the years broke the highest-to-date sales prices for the area/neighborhoods. Jana’s experience and her adaptability, paired with Pacific Sotheby's impeccable marketing, help her to provide the best service to her clients. Her experience helps her to secure the highest net proceeds on the sale of a home or property for her sellers, while negotiating the very best possible outcome for the buyers she represents. Jana was honored to receive the International Property Specialist Designation by The National Association of Realtors. Jana is a proud mom of four, her youngest being 22 years old. She loves spending time with her family, and she is now also proud to be a 'Glama' of her three years old grandson and her two months old granddaughter. With a passion for world travel, yoga, meditation and outdoors, she strives for balance, and she lives her life to the fullest. Jana lives in La Jolla; her favorite part of the day are her morning or evening walks on the beach or trails, and she also immensely enjoys the tranquility and peace at her country home in Murrieta. She’s a member at several wineries in Temecula wine country, and she frequently utilizes her home office to serve her Temecula Valley clients. She's an active member of both communities, participating in philanthropic events. She’s one of the trustees at La Jolla Town Council and she’s a dedicated ambassador to The Coast Walk Trail at La Jolla Cove.
