Erica is proud to call the north shore her home. Having lived and worked here for most of her life, she loves sharing the many wonderful features of living in a seaside community so close to Boston.
Before joining Sagan Harborside SIR, Erica was actively involved in her family’s beloved restaurant. While there she developed many strong relationships with both residents and visitors alike. “I met so many wonderful people at the restaurant and would love the opportunity to help them make a move,” explained Erica.
With three years of prior property management experience, Erica applies her strong communication and business skills into every transaction. Whether she is helping sellers, first time home buyers or empty-nesters she treats every client with integrity, professionalism and skill.
“As a Realtor, my first priority is to make my clients feel at ease. I listen to their wants and needs and strive to ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun and stress-free;” described Erica. “I take great pride in creating a process that allows them to sit back, relax and start decorating their new home!”
Erica earned her Bachelor’s degree from Elon College.
