Chris Encinias began his real estate career in property management, overseeing contracts, employees, and finances of condominiums and homeowner's owner associations. He specialized in luxury and developer association management, working with developments such as Ovation and Signature Place in downtown St. Petersburg, and the Starwood Land portfolio throughout all of north Florida.
He was able to invest in several condominiums and homes over the years, while working in property management, primarily purchasing those in need of some rehab and TLC. The love of this led him to a full-time career in real estate. He continues to buy and sell his own real estate while helping others find their perfect home.
