Jay Westerlund is a global real estate advisor who brings the same integrity, dedication, and focus to his real estate customers that he honed in the golf world. Jay has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2008 and also holds a broker's license. He has been recognized as one of the top 1.5% of REALTORS® in America by Real Trends every year since 2020. His mission is to ensure that selling and buying transactions are successful and trouble-free for each customer. In 2019, he partnered with Ryan Batey to create the Batey Westerlund Team at Premier Sotheby's International Realty in Naples, Florida.

The Batey Westerlund Team has closed over 250-plus transactions and surpassed $220 million in sales since 2021. The team has connected 68 cities from 29 states and provinces to Southwest Florida since 2021.

Jay's intimate knowledge of the Southwest Florida golf market is unrivaled. He worked in the golf industry in many capacities, most recently as the Director of Golf and Membership at an upscale private golf club in Southwest Florida. A former PGA member, Jay combines his love of golf with his desire to help people find the perfect home on the perfect golf course.

Jay grew up in Indiana, playing golf at a small municipal course. Jay earned a scholarship to play golf at the University of California, Davis, where he earned a bachelor's degree in communication, was recognized as an All-American and was also inducted into the UC Davis Golf Hall of Fame.
