Ryan MacFarland brings a fresh energy to the Hampton Roads market. While being in Real Estate since 2007 Ryan has quickly conquered the Chesapeake and Virginia Beach markets, rising to the top 1% of agents in Hampton Roads. Prior to moving to Virginia, Ryan, his Wife Jessica, and children Caleb (13) Jeselle (8) and Joy (2) resided in Hawaii. It was there that he expanded his passion of service and soon realized the greatest form of luxury is found through experience. Growing up he watched his father regularly negotiate multi-million dollar deals Ryan quickly grew a confidence in creatively negotiating to leverage his clients best success at any price point.
As a 15 year Navy veteran Ryan takes pride in truly going the extra mile. His attention to detail, focus of excellence and integrity make for a pleasurable experience. Whether selling, purchasing or investing his ultimate goal is to provide a white glove experience for each of his clients while educating and advising them along the way.
